Many corns on the market are genetically modified and sprayed with a lot of pesticides.
Even some organic farming is allowed 5% pesticides. Do you know about this?
Our children like to eat sweetcorn
They also like to harvest corn
Raw sweetcorn is delicious
At the Happy Farmer Farm, we insist on 100% organic, and we have never sprayed any substances that will harm the human body.
So you might find that in the sweetcorn, there is a worm sharing the same corn with you. This is proof that organic is non-toxic.
Our children can eat raw sweetcorn directly, so the sweetcorn we provide must be healthy and non-toxic.
HAPPY FARMERS ALWAYS ORGANIC

Artists and interior designers have long believed that colour can drastically affect moods, feelings, and emotions. It is a powerful communication tool and can be used to signal action, influence mood, and even influence physiological reactions. Last Tuesday, I suddenly feel the urge to experiment with my blue tea and make something astonishing to show off to you.
You won’t believe that it is super easy to make – a magical drink. Also, let me tell you a secret: you only need 3 – 5 readily accessible ingredients from your pantry staples and a nice glass to achieve this:
1.Blue tea (premade)*
2.Crushed ice
3.Lemon/ lime juice
4.Honey
5.Milk
6. Glass tumbler
*Please refer to Blog: “Blue Tea?” for a perfect blue tea
First, scoop some honey into your favorite glass tumbler, as it will sink to the bottom anyway since it is the heaviest. Then, I add some lemon/lime juice. The next important step is to fill your tumbler up with crushed ice. Followed by plain water, leaving about 1cm for the last ingredient – the blue tea which is pre-made. But be very careful in this last stage because you need to add this in as gently as possible. Some people find it helpful to pour the blue tea over the back of a spoon. And boo-yah! Watch the magic unfold before your eyes!
Note: you can substitute the lemon/lime juice with other fruit juice. Explore with you unlimited imagination.
I was curious about how the different order will affect the visual arts, so I made another one. I will leave it to you to guess what I did by looking at the picture I show you.
The short glass is made from organic almond milk, ice and blue tea. I called this blue serenity. And to my surprise, this beautiful art lasted for more than 24 hours without changing its look. I finally got round to enjoy it after the other lemonades. (I made too many at one time. ?)
I made 2 layers jelly too with coconut milk and the blue tea. And they look real gorgeous. (you can use coconut powder or any kind of milk to substitute)

In fact, I spend more time taking pictures of these achievements than making them.
Try your hands on this magical, colourful art. And remember to show your arts to me if you don’t mind. Enjoy arting!

My skin problem is due to dry air when I came to Australia ten years ago. After cooking, my finger cracked very seriously due to washing dishes in the winter. The climate is colder and drier in here compare to my birth place. I need to play piano when we sing the hymn. My finger hurt when I play piano. However, I don’t want to be hungry because I can’t cook, and also, I don’t want to stop playing piano because of my cracked finger.
I suffer from pain several years until Grace introduce coconut balsam for me. She suffers from cracked heel; coconut balsam helps her get better. Hence, I applied coconut balsam on my fingers, and put on cotton gloves. The next day, my cracked fingers is better. If the cracked situation is worse than I will diligently apply for a few more days. But if cracked situation is slight, I only use the coconut balsam for a night because I am too lazy. I have try this method for many years and is very effective.
Shush! This secret I only tell one of my friends who is Vincent’s wife. Now I share with you who has the same problem but seek easy way to reduce cracked. Finally, I forget to mention to you about cotton gloves that is cheaper on EBAY. Don’t use plastic gloves that is airtight.

You may have seen these beautiful blue teas and wondered if it was all natural? Yes! It is 100% natural!
The vibrant blue hue from this blue pea flower comes from anthocyanins (blue pigments similar to blueberries and purple cabbage which are high in antioxidants).
The colour of this pigment depends on the acidity of its environment. If you add 1 drop of lemon or lime juice into this blue tea it will magically transform into a purple tea!
•
This colour change from blue to purple happens when the pH of the tea is lowered (as a result of the acidic lemon). A fun alternative to the litmus test for the kids and a fun drink to enjoy afterwards!
Perfect for cocktails, relaxing warm teas, smoothies, cakes, popsicles, sticky rice, pasta dough, ice cream, jelly, and anything you want to naturally colour blue!
