Our History

Happy Farmers practises organic farming and lives an organic life. This is our Grandpa’s teaching since we were young. Our 95-year-old Grandpa is from Taiwan. His teachings are based on the Bible. The Garden of Eden in Genesis was the first place where man as one with Mother Nature.

Overcoming all obstacles, our Grandpa is resolute in following the model of the Garden of Eden recorded in Genesis. No matter how hard or difficult, even if we make a loss, Grandpa never uses chemical fertilisers or pesticides on the farm. This is the farm you see today.

In 2005, Happy Farmers came to Queensland, the sunshine state of Australia. The sunshine state means this place is full of bright sunshine, the perfect place to start a positive way of life. In Southeast Queensland’s Goomburra, Happy Farmers began organic farming. The land in Goomburra is rich and fertile, and there are many awesome farmers here. Happy Farmers is proud to be one of them.

Since 2010, Happy Farmers was accredited with the Organic Growers of Australian Certified (OGA) and began providing organic vegetables and fruits in the farmers markets in Brisbane.

In 2013, Happy Farmers obtained the organic certification, allowing us to process local produce such as olive oil, plum enzymes, fruit jams, and garlic paste.

Since 2017, Happy Farmers’ accreditation has been elevated from Organic Growers of Australian Certified (OGA) to Australian Certified Organic (ACO).
